En plus du cadre, tout était parfait : accueil chaleureux et professionnel , équipement jusque dans les moindres détails (de nombreux parapluies au cas où, un caddie hyper pratique pour les courses), literie exceptionnelle, emplacement parfait à proximité de tout.... "Very spacious and beautifully set up apartment. Great for a larger family or group. The decor was just as it appears in the photos. The bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable (with lots of space for suitcases and desks for those who need to work). Having an ensuite for each room is a major convenience. There is plenty of seating in the dining and living areas for people to get together. Wi-fi quality was great as well. The location of this place is perfect, as it's super close to the bus and train station and also just a few minutes walk to the sea. It is a very quiet street yet easy to get to everything in Menton on foot. We stayed there for an extended family reunion for 12 days and would happily book again. There are 2 elevators in the building for older folks, and also a very nice garden in the front that our kids enjoyed running in."

"The accommodation is indeed specially decorated and is very stylish, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen had everything you needed, the host was kind enough to put at our disposal beach and baby items and even shared great recommendations for sightseeing, eating out and shopping"

"In certain spots of the upper rooms the floor squeezed so we were avoiding to walk on them so as not to wake up the kids. There are a couple of steps before the lift which proved a bit challenging with the baby stroller"

"The host met us and showed us the property in detail and provided helpful suggestions about local activities and restaurants. He was super accessible to answer any questions. Home was very well equipped with kitchen items, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer and beach supplies (umbrella, mats, towels). Roomy, light filled home with large windows that open. Off street, covered parking for SUV sized cars also a plus."

"Parking is a bit of a hassle but much better than trying to find street parking (covered, safe, free). Just takes a few extra minutes to get car out of carpark."

"Spacious, clean and a great location. Close to the train station, shops and not too far from the beach. The owner put a lot of effort into making sure we received a warm welcome. Spent time with is when we arrived showing us around the whole apartment and left lots of information for us to enjoy our stay in Menton and the neighboring towns and cities."

"We had a wonderful time at the ellegant Belle Epoque building. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, in a beautiful setting and is perfectly located, it is three minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the city center and beach. We felt very comfortable and welcomed by Jean Francois, who is a brilliant host, helpful, extremely friendly and responsive. He took great care of us, giving excellent suggestions to beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. Thanks again for a lovely stay."
